Kirsten König received a Master of Science Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Tübingen. She worked several years as a freelance IT specialist. In January 2013 she joined the IT team at the Clinical Trials Unit at the University Medical Center Freiburg, where she is responsible for the Care and Trial Site Registry.
